Payment Schedule
For reservations made more than 60 days in advance of arrival, a $550.00 down payment is due at the time of booking. The remaining balance is due in full 60 days prior to the arrival date. The balance will be automatically charged to the credit card on file 60 days prior to check-in.
For reservations made 60 days or less in advance of the arrival date, the total charges are due in full at the time of booking.
Cancellation Policy
If cancellation occurs more than 60 days prior to your check-in date, then the rental deposit of $550.00 will be refunded. If cancellation occurs within 60 days prior to your check-in date, the full rental amount (inclusive of cleaning fees) is FORFEITED unless the property is re-rented for the secured dates. If we are able to rebook the cancelled nights, we will then refund the amount paid, minus an 8% rebooking fee.
We highly recommend that all guests take out trip insurance to protect them in the event of unforeseen emergencies within the 60 days prior to their arrival that would prevent them from traveling.
No Smoking
Smoking is not allowed in any of our properties, including on the balconies, patios or anywhere on the grounds.
Maximum Occupancy & Minimum Age
The City of Oceanside limits the number of people who can occupy a rental property as follows:
- 1 Bedrooms: 4 people
- 2 Bedrooms: 6 people
- 3 Bedrooms: 8 people
In addition, property owners may set their own occupancy limit, so please check each individual listing.
We require guests to be a minimum age of 25 to book a property.
