What to bring:
We provide all of the bedding and bath linens, as well as beach towels, so no need to pack those. We also provide beach chairs. You will need to bring your own boogie boards or you can purchase them at several stores in the area. We do not provide any consumable items (such as ketchup, mayo, etc.) so please bring any you’ll need along or plan to shop for them when you pick up your groceries.
Checking In:
The day before your arrival we will send the code via an SMS message.
Where to Park:
Guests may park in the garage provided with each unit or there is street parking. Please observe all street parking signage. Garage Openers are located in the units kitchen on the counter.
Trash Pickup on Tuesday
Trash/Recycling Cans Location
Trash and Recycling cans are located near the garage.
Please do not overfill or leave trash bags on the ground.
Trash is picked up curbside on Tuesday mornings.
Please take the trash cans to the curb on Monday night and bring trash cans back in on Tuesday after trash pick up.

Common Areas at 1025 South Pacific
Balconies
Each unit has a private balcony/patio. Please do not use the C patio unless you are staying in the unit.
Common Area
Firepit, Grill and Sand Area are all common areas and are shared between the three units.
Pest Control
Ants are a common occurrence in beach-front condominums in San Diego. While there is periodic pest control in the unit and the complex, ants do sometimes appear in the units, especially in the kitchens and bathrooms.
We recommend that you store food and drink either in the refrigerator or in tightly sealed containers.
We also recommend you take trash and recycling out of the unit regularly.
If you are seeing excessive ants, please contact us at (877) 668-1111 and a member of our team will come and assess whether additional steps need to be taken during your stay.
Street Sweeping on 2nd and 4th Mondays of the Month
If you have any additional cars that will be utilizing street parking, please be mindful of the street signs regarding the street sweeping on the second and fourth Mondays of the month to avoid being ticketed by the City.
Washer and Dryer inside the condo
Each condo has a washer and dryer. However, if you would like us to pick up your used towels during your stay and drop off a “Bundle” of fresh towels and paper products, please call our office at (877) 668-1111 or email us at [email protected].
The cost for this service is $50. A 2 bedroom “Bundle” Includes:
1 roll of kitchen paper towels 4 rolls of toilet tissue 5 bars of soap

Checkout time is 10:00 am
The unit will be professionally cleaned, but we ask your help in preparing it for our next guests. Please assist us by caring for the following:
1) Leave all items in the places where you found them when you arrived.
2) Load soiled dishes into the dishwasher and start it.
3) Discard all perishable food and empty the trash.
4) Leave the bedding on the beds.
5) Make sure all windows and doors are secured and all appliances, the fireplace, heaters and/or fans (including bathroom exhaust fans) are turned off.
6) Please do not leave bed linens combined with wet or damp towels.
7) Because MakeMyVacation.com condominiums are booked nearly every week it’s necessary that our housekeeping staff start the cleaning promptly at 10:00 am to have the property prepared for the next guest’s arrival. Therefore, any delayed departures after 10:00 am will be billed to the guest at $100 per hour or portion thereof.
8) Please LEAVE the garage door opener and key on the kitchen counter. There is a $100.00 fine for each set of keys/opener not returned.
