CAN YOU HEAR THE OCEAN CALLING?
 
WHAT ARE YOUR OFFICE HOURS?

Our office hours are Monday through Saturday from 9 am to 5 pm and Sunday from 10 am to 3 pm. We are conveniently located at 110 Copperwood Way, Suite K, Oceanside, CA 92058. 

HOW DO I MAKE A RESERVATION? 

All reservations can be completing directly on this website or over the phone at (877) 668-1111.

All of our properties are listed on the Expedia Family of Websites, including VRBO and HomeAway.  These platforms charge an additional service fee and therefore we recommend booking with us directly.

WHAT IS THE CANCELLATION POLICY?

If cancellation occurs more than 60 days prior to your check-in date, then the rental deposit of $550.00 will be refunded. If cancellation occurs within 60 days prior to your check-in date, the full rental amount (inclusive of cleaning fees) is FORFEITED unless the property is re-rented for the secured dates. If we are able to rebook the cancelled nights, we will then refund the amount paid, minus an 8% rebooking fee.

We highly recommend that all guests take out trip insurance to protect them in the event of unforeseen emergencies within the 60 days prior to their arrival that would prevent them from traveling.

WHAT TIME DO I CHECK IN AND CHECK OUT?

Check-in is at 3 pm and check-out is at 10 am. 

For guests staying at North Coast Village, the HOA handles all of our guest arrivals at 999 North Pacific Street until 4:30 pm. For guests arriving after that time, the North Coast Village Patrol Office handles the check-in process.

For guests staying at 1025 South Pacific Street in Oceanside, guests are emailed the door and gate codes 24 hours before arrival.

WHAT IF THERE’S AN EMERGENCY AT NIGHT?

At the time of arrival, guests are given an after-hours phone number to use in case of any emergency happening after our office is closed. 

WHAT IF I GET LOCKED OUT? 

North Coast Village: Contact the North Coast Village Patrol office at (760)439-5662. You will incur a $95.00 fee.

1025 South Pacific: Please contact our office at (877-668-1111).

WHAT IF I LEAVE SOMETHING BEHIND?

If a guest leaves an item behind and we are able to locate it, we will happy to mail it back. The guest is responsible for the cost of shipping and a $25.00 handling fee.

CAN I BRING MY PET?

Pets are not allowed. A guest with a service or companion animal is required to submit an application with documentation more than 48 hours prior to arrival.

WHAT IS PROVIDED and WHAT IS NOT?

The kitchen will be fully stocked with dinnerware, flatware, cookware, storage containers, and cleaning supplies. There will also be dish towels, a sponge, and dish soap. 

Each bed will be made up with fresh linens and an extra set will be in the closet. We also provide a laundry basket.

Each bathroom is stocked with bath towels, hand towels, face towels, a make-up cloth, a bath mat, a bar of soap, and a hairdryer.

We also provide beach/pool towels, a small cooler, and beach chairs (4 in a 3- or 2-bedroom property and 2 in a 1-bedroom property).

A starter set of paper towels and toilet tissue are provided. Depending upon usage, many guests find it is enough for their stay.

We do not provide consumable items such as salt, pepper, condiments, or coffee. Likewise, you will want to bring your own shampoo and conditioner. 

IS THERE INTERNET ACCESS?

All units have wireless internet. The access information will be provided at the time of check-in and is also posted on the back of the entrance door to the condo.

CAN I BRING A SECOND CAR TO NORTH COAST VILLAGE?

Most of our properties at North Coast Village come with one designated parking space in a gated garage. The following properties come with two parking spaces: B315, D303, and G125. If you need to park an additional vehicle, there are two options. The “A” building and “B” building garages have a few “24-hour” parking spaces that are first-come first-serve. However, if you park there you will need to display a rental parking sign from the HOA and you MUST move your vehicle every 24 hours or you will get a $50 fine. The other option is to park in the municipal lot across Pacific Street, which costs $7 per day. You may park there at night for free with a valid North Coast Village parking pass on your dash.

Are there any special rules I need to know about North Coast Village?

Yes. When parking in the underground garage at North Coast Village, all vehicles must pull straight in. No backing in is allowed. In addition, the maximum size of the vehicle allowed is: Height: 6 ½ Feet; Length: 21 Feet. Also, nothing is allowed to be hung over the balcony railings, such as beach towels. The North Coast Village HOA imposes a $50 fine for each occurrence of backing into a parking space or hanging items over the balconies.

IS THERE AIR CONDITIONING?

Air conditioning is NOT available in any of our properties. Many rooms have ceiling fans and we also provide portable fans.

What’s up with the dredging?

Each year the Army Corps of Engineers engages in a sand-replenishing program (also known as dredging) where it removes about 180,000 cubic yards of sand from the mouth of the Oceanside Harbor, where winter ocean currents have deposited it, and replenishes the beach with it. This usually occurs in late spring to early summer and usually lasts no more than ten days to two weeks. MakeMyVacation.com has no control over when this occurs, how long it lasts, or where the equipment is located.
